Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) Review 2021 (Closed)

We are keen to hear from people with a personal, family or professional experience of disability. This may include impairment in mobility, hearing, vision, memory, mental health, communication or ability to learn.

We will use the information to review the Shire’s current Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP). This plan will ensure we work towards a future that is accessible and inclusive for all.

When completing your survey, take some time to read through the Shire's current Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2016-2020 to give you an idea of how we have planned for, and implemented, improvements to disability access and inclusion in the past.  The document is available in the Documents section of this page.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Your feedback will make a valuable contribution to the future of the Shire.
