This is your chance to shine a spotlight on those who inspire, support, and make a difference!
AWARD CATEGORIES
Outstanding Young Citizen of the Year
For an individual aged 16-30 years who has shown commitment, leadership, or outstanding service to the community.
Outstanding Citizen of the Year
For an individual who has made an exceptional contribution during, and leading up to, the last 12 months.
Club, Community Group or Association of the Year
Recognising a group that has made an outstanding impact on our community. (One nomination per club/group per year.)
Service to Club, Community Group or Association
Celebrating an individual who has provided long-term, dedicated service. (Up to two nominations per club/group per year – each on a separate form.)
