The Shire of Dandaragan Industrial Land Needs Review (ILNR) assessed future industrial land demand and supply within the Shire of Dandaragan to 2036, including land quantity requirements, lot size demand, and the capacity of existing industrial areas to accommodate growth. The Industrial Land Needs Review (ILNR) provides an evidence base to guide land use planning, infrastructure provision, investment and funding proposals.

Jurien Bay Foreshore 

The review of the Jurien Bay Foreshore Masterplan builds on the success of the original plan, incorporating lessons learned through its implementation. The updated Masterplan reflects extensive community and local business input, identifying opportunities to enhance amenity and support additional development nodes to the north and south of the existing skate park and café precinct, promoting balanced growth and broader activation of the foreshore over the medium term.

Commercial Floorspace Demand

Market and Demand Analysis was undertaken to estimate the total expenditure available to potential commercial opportunities and to help inform what offering types would be financially feasible. The Analysis showed that there appears to be available demand for a food and beverage offering at the Foreshore and that the offerings should allow for additional capacity during holidays to capitalise on income from intrastate visitors.
