The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.  

Address: Unallocated Crown Land (Pin 1050435) Reimers Street, Badgingarra

Proposal: Workforce Accommodation Village

Description

Key points include:

• The accommodation is initially proposed to support the Parron Wind Farm.
• The village will comprise 74 (4 bed) single storey dwellings and incidental facilities.
• Approval for the Workforce Accommodation is initially sought for a 10-year period.
• The development proposal has been prepared with the support of the Yued Aboriginal Corporation and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage as the Crown’s landowner representative.

Submissions may be lodged at the Shire Administration Office or via dsr@dandaragan.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm  Monday 12 January, 2026.
