The Shire of Dandaragan invites public comment on the proposed Local Planning Policy 9.13 – Commercial Development within the Jurien Bay Foreshore.
The policy has been prepared to provide guidance for how development of commercial nodes in the foreshore may occur in line with the adopted foreshore masterplan.

Submissions on the policy may be made via dsr@dandaragan.wa.gov.au until 5.00pm (AWST) Monday, 23 November 2026.
