Notice of Public Advertisement of Development Application
The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
Address: 1 Casuarina Crescent, Jurien Bay
Proposal: Amendment to Development Approval DA165-25 granted 24 July 2025
Description: The application proposes to amend the previous approval to increase the permitted percentage of residential units to comprise 49% of accommodation on-site.
Plans and documentation are available for viewing at the Shire Administration Centre, 69 Bashford Street, Jurien Bay.
Submissions may be lodged at the Shire Office or via dsr@dandaragan.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm (AWST) Monday 16 November 2026.
