Notice of Public Advertisement of Development Application
The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.

Proposal: Use Not Listed – Telecommunications Infrastructure
Description: The application proposes the installation of a 50m telecommunications tower and supporting facilities comprising a sea container and solar panels.
Plans and documentation are available HERE or by request at the Shire Administration Centre, 69 Bashford Street, Jurien Bay.
Submissions may be lodged at the Shire Office or via dsr@dandaragan.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm (AWST) Wednesday 5 August 2026.
