Proposed Civil Works Bond Policy

Council is seeking community feedback on a proposed Civil Works Bond Policy.

The policy aims to provide a clear and consistent framework for securing civil works associated with development projects, helping to ensure infrastructure is completed to the required standard and protecting community assets.

Residents, developers, and interested stakeholders are encouraged to review the draft policy and share their feedback before 4pm Saturday 18 July 2026.
