Notice of Public Advertisement of Development Application
The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
Address: 1 Casuarina Crescent, Jurien Bay
Proposal: Amendment to Development Approval DA165-25 granted 24 July 2025.
Description: The application proposes to amend the previous approval to increase the permitted percentage of residential units to comprise 49% of accommodation on-site. This will increase the number of units available for long-term rental or residential occupancy.
Plans and documentation are available HERE or for viewing at the Shire Administration Office, 69 Bashford Street, Jurien Bay.
Submissions may be lodged at the Shire Office or via dsr@dandaragan.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm (AWST) Monday, 16 November 2026.
