I am seeking to be returned as a councillor to enable me to continue to work for our Shire as I have for the past 8 years. It has been both an honour and a privilege to serve our citizens and in that time I have been able to achieve some very important things for our region. I have formed critical relationships with all areas of government and have made sure that we are well poised for opportunities in the future. As Shire President I have been able to advocate for our Shire to improve areas like Tourism, Small Business and Aged Care and if given the opportunity will continue to make sure that we are always in the forefront for consideration of major projects. I have helped to drive renewable energy projects in the Shire and work closely with our CEO to create opportunities for dynamic workforce.
