Notice of Public Advertisement of Local Development Plan
The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
Address: 290 Indian Ocean Drive
Proposal: Extractive Industry
Description: The extractive industry will involve limestone extraction for the purpose of supplying material to be used in the entrance reconfiguration and extension of the Jurien Bay Marina.
Plans and documentation (below) are also available for viewing at the Shire Administration Centre, 69 Bashford Street, Jurien Bay.
Submissions may be lodged at the Shire Office or via dsr@dandaragan.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm (WST) Thursday 11th June 2026.
