MANAGER ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (PERMANENT FULL-TIME) (LOCATION - JURIEN BAY)
The Shire of Dandaragan is seeking a dedicated individual for the pivotal role of Manager Environmental Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape our community's environmental and public health landscape in the beautiful seaside town of Jurien Bay. In this key position you will be responsible for a diverse range of crucial functions within our Development Services Department.
About The Role The Manager Environmental Health will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration and enforcement of environmental and public health statutory requirements, providing expert advice and guidance on environmental protection and public health matters, leading the development and implementation of vital environmental health programs and policies, managing the statutory compliance of our waste disposal sites, providing positive leadership and development to our dedicated Environmental Health team and contributing to the strategic direction of the Shire as a member of the management group.
The remuneration for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 per annum plus superannuation and 5 weeks annual leave. Part-time work on a pro-rata basis, and hybrid working arrangements may be considered for the successful candidate.
