Notice of Public Advertisement of Local Development Plan
The local government has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
Address: Lots 929-933, 943-947 & 1939-1942 Beachridge Drive and Lots 934-938 Autumn Way, Jurien Bay
Proposal: Local Development Plan, Beachridge Estate R40 Lots
Description: This Local Development Plan seeks to coordinate the built form on the abovementioned lots by linking lot design to future development outcomes. It proposes some variations to the Deemed-to-Comply provisions of the Residential Design Codes as well as additional requirements relating to building design, which will be applied to future house construction on the lots.
Plans and documentation are also available for viewing at the Shire Administration Centre, 69 Bashford Street, Jurien Bay.
Submissions may be lodged at the Shire Office or via dsr@dandaragan.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm Wednesday 12 November 2025.
