Restricted Burning Period Extended

In accordance with Section 18(5) of the Bush Fire Act 1954, the commencement of the Restricted Burning Period for the entire Shire of Dandaragan has been extended from Tuesday, 19 September 2023 to Sunday, 1 October 2023.

Permits to burn must be obtained from a Fire Control Officer from 1 October 2023 for the duration of the Restricted Burning Period.

This variation was subject to consultation and endorsement by the Bush Fire Advisory Council and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.
