After an extensive community consultation period, Shire of Dandaragan Council have adopted the Jurien Bay and Cervantes foreshore masterplans at yesterday’s Council Meeting. We have received funding from Lotterywest to commence development of the Jurien Bay foreshore and Dobbyn Park infrastructure renewal. The $1.127 million grant from Lotterywest towards the youth precinct will complement Council funds and deliver the skate park, jetty deck replacement, new playground, barbeques, picnic shelters and new ablutions. This development will support local jobs, local business and be an investment for the future economic recovery for Jurien Bay and the Shire.
