Valencia Rd - Proposed Residential Design Guidelines

In accordance with Part 2.4.1 of the Shire of Dandaragan Local Planning Scheme No.7, Council intends to adopt Residential Design Guidelines for the Valencia Road Precinct development in Cervantes as a new Local Planning Policy.

Written submissions will be received by Council up until 8 January 2009, with the undersigned at PO Box 676, Jurien Bay WA 6516.
