Proposed Road Closure - Portion of the Sandpiper Street Road Reserve, Jurien Bay
Notice is hereby given that the Dandaragan Shire Council on 24 April 2024 resolved to commence the road closure process for a portion of the Sandpiper Street Road Reserve, Jurien Bay to enable the development of an outdoor eating facility (alfresco dining) extension to the adjoining restaurant, Sandpiper Bar & Grill. A reference map of this proposal is shown below.
In accordance with Section 58 (3) of the Land Administration Act 1997, the Shire of Dandaragan invites comment on this proposal on or before Friday 7th June 2024.
